- Fine dining lunches, busy Hospitality operation, an amazing fast paced Staff Café and so much more - The catering facility at this stunning media company is top notch and requires an equally qualified Deputy General Manger to ensure standards are maintained and pushed.
- Overseeing this operation in London, thee is 25 meeting rooms, fine dining, very busy day to day hospitality and a modern & stylish Staff Café in a contract that turns over circa £800k.
- The Deputy General manager will plan, lead and execute the smooth delivery of all operations within the contract.
- Assist the General Manager in the running of the business and take responsibility for leading the operation and take control of the account in terms of costs, ordering, staffing levels and standards.

* You will need to have significant senior management experience where you currently run your own department or are a No2 within the corporate contract catering environment, or a high-quality commercial operation.
* You will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills managing a large team of 15+ in an exacting environment.
* Experienced in managing a fast-paced high-volume site, with effective communication and people management skills.
* Financially savvy with a thorough knowledge, understanding of and working with budgets and staff scheduling to drive revenue.
* You will be process driven, innovative, with exceptional attention to detail, and have experience in change management and increasing standards to exceed expectations.
