Job Role - Demi Chef de Partie

Location - East London

Sector: Hotels

Salary - £23-26k with Service Charge included

We are seeking out an enthusiastic Demi Chef de Partie who is looking for their next adventure. I have an opportunity in a unique hotel that offers excellent training and development and uses the freshest and finest produce. You will be in a fantastic kitchen overlooking the river!

The Demi Chef de Partie will work 45 hours per week, these will all be straight shifts with no splits so you have an opportunity for a good work life balance. This is an urgent role so you can have an immediate start if successful.

Working in a kitchen team of around 18 you will become a vital part of the team and work on all sections to support senior chefs and you will work with a very hands on Head Chef who leads by example and is at he forefront of the brigade.

This would be an ideal role for a Demi Chef de Partie looking to take on a new challenge or a Commis Chef that has gained experience and is looking for the step up in their career. We are looking for a chef that has a solid career history and we are open to different experience. Whether you have worked in hotels or restaurants or quality establishments you would have a good grounding and be confident in the kitchen

Ideal Candidate -

• Previous Demi Chef de Partie or Commis Chef experience
• A solid work history within a professional kitchen environment
