Corporate Receptionist

£24000 - £25000 per annum

Salary: £24,500

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Location: Central London

Off to Work and our client are looking for a highly motivated, well presented Receptionist to run the daily tasks of a busy insurance and finance company in Central London. The Receptionist will be expected to ensure the reception provides high levels of customer service and a professional front of house standard when meeting, greeting and dealing with guests. The role will be working 40 hours per week, on a rota basis.

The Receptionist will be expected to provide guests and visitors with a professional and warm welcome, whether that be face to face, telephone or any other form of communication. You will be immaculately dressed, presentable and well-groomed at all times. You will also be required to help in other areas of the business, such as providing support for the Hospitality and Events onsite and assisting with setting up meeting rooms and functions.

The successful receptionist will have high end/five-star experience in a similar role and have a flexible approach and the ability to meet the clients' high demands to tight time frames. A large part of your role will be office administrative duties so the ideal candidate will have a strong IT background.
