Chef De Partie

Salary - £21,000 + service charge

Off to work and our client are looking for an experience and dedicated Chef de Partie to work in a busy Hotel in Stratford upon Avon town centre. This exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team is available for an immediate start. This role is working 5 out of 7 days, with varying hours on a rota basis. It is 45 hours per week contract.

We are looking for experienced Chef de Partie's either from a Hotel environment or busy Restaurant setting, who are used to high volume cooking. You will be working in all area's of the kitchen so must be able to demonstrate a good work history in a variety of kitchens.

The Chef de Partie will work in a large brigade of chefs and be happy and comfortable to work on all sections as required. This is a great team with a very supportive Head Chef and management team.

Ideal Candidate:

- Previous Hotel and Restaurant CDP experience
- Ability to cover all sections in the kitchen
- Passion and flair and a real interest in current food trends
- Well organised and be very well presented
