My client is a is a leading Contract Caterer and an exciting opportunity become available to join one of it's key sites based in the City looking for a Chef de Partie in the staff restaurant.

This is a purely Monday to Friday role with core hours being 7am to 3.30pm! You will not be required to work any evenings or weekends in this role. This is a Chef de Partie role in a staff dining kitchen, they have a separate hospitality kitchen so only day shifts are required in this role.

We are looking for experienced Chef de Partie's either from a Contract Catering background or busy restaurant setting, ideally with a minimum of 1 years experience in a staff dining / retail dining environment. You will also need experience cooking for large numbers on a daily basis.

You will work in a team of around 6/7 chefs and need to be comfortable on all areas of the retail kitchen. You will cook for around 500/600 on a daily basis so will need to be well organised.

Ideal Candidate -

*Previous Contract Catering experience or a retail kitchen environment at Chef de Partie level
