My client is a is a leading Contract Caterer and we are looking for a Chef De Partie for this brand new kitchen that is opening very soon. Primarily a Monday to Friday role, some occasional Sundays may be required as prep days with a day off during the week given.

The Chef de Partie will work with the finest produce and be using all new equipment and be part of a great team. This is a very busy operation so you will need to be very well organised and follow instructions given.

The Chef de Partie should be enthusiastic and want to learn and progress as future opportunities will be available within the company. You should have a good knowledge of all sections in the kitchen and be comfortable to work under guidance from senior chefs.


This kitchen will have many different meals catered for: Street Food, Asian, Grill, Mediterranean, Pizza and Pasta Bar as well as pop up concepts as well. The hospitality kitchen is also in the main kitchen so you can have the opportunity to work in that side of the business as well.

All in all this is a great chance for a strong Chef de Partie to be part of something very exciting with lots of opportunity and potential!

Ideal Candidate -

*Previous Contract Catering / Rosette level background / Hotel experience at Chef de Partie level
*Ability to cover all sections in the kitchen

*Well organised and be very well presented
