Job Role - Chef De Partie
Salary - £21,500 - £25,000 (Either a 36 week contract or 52 week contract)

My client is a is a leading Contract Caterer and an exciting opportunity become available for a Chef de Partie to join one of sites in Central London. This is within education catering so you will work on either a 36 week contract and have 16 weeks holiday or you have the option of a full time contract over 52 weeks with usual 28 days holiday. Overtime is paid for all events and functions as well so great earning potential.

In the remaining 16 weeks the Chef de Partie is free to take other work within the company or outside of this to really build up a good yearly salary. Your salary will still be paid every month as well

This will be a 5/7 day operation so some weekends may be required, core Chef de Partie hours are 7am to 3.30pm and you will be on a 40 hour contract, summer functions with provide evening paid overtime opportunities as well.

This is a very busy site so you will need experience of cooking for large numbers and be very well organised. If you have events experience as well that would be very beneficial. They offer breakfast / lunch / dinner plus events as well. All the Chef de Partie's within the team all work very closely together to ensure high standards throughout.

Ideal Candidate -

Previous Contract Catering experience or events work at Chef de Partie level
Ability to cover all sections in the kitchen
