We are looking for a Chef de Partie for this great Contract Catering Hospitality kitchen. This will be cooking for fine dining and canape's as well as hot and cold buffets and working lunches.
The Chef de Partie role based in Hospitality will involve working in a team of 6 in the kitchen. Monday to Friday with core hours 7am to 3.30pm and the opportunity to pick up paid overtime evening shifts usually 1/2 per week.
This is working with a very food focused Catering Company using the best produce and suppliers to ensure the highest quality menus and dishes. The Chef de Partie must share this ethos and want to be the best

We are looking for experienced Chef de Partie's either from a Contract Catering background or busy restaurant setting who are used to high volume cooking. You will be working in all area's of the kitchen so must be able to demonstrate a good work history in a variety of kitchens.
Ideal Candidate -
*Previous Contract Catering / Rosette level background / Hotel experience at Chef de Partie level
*Ability to cover all sections in the kitchen
*Passion and flair and a real interest in current food trends
*Well organised and be very well presented
