Different sites in the Midlands area - Event catering

Salary: £20,000 to £25,000 dependent on experience

Working 5 out of 7 days

Fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join a vibrant team, working at exciting events throughout the Midlands. This role shall be working flexbile hours throughout the day and evenings, dependent on business levels. The salary will range from £20,000 to £25,000.

We are looking for a Chef de Partie who thrives in kitchens, likes being busy, has a million ideas in your head and is a true team player!

Role Responsibility:

- Assist more senior chefs in preparing meals, in either part or full
- Preparation of food items such as salads, sandwiches, pre portions, as directed by the chef/events manager.
- Working as part of a kitchen team under the direction of the head chef to support the demands of the kitchen
- Mantain a positive and pro-active attitude at all times
- To assist in stock taking and storage of stock, including recieving and checking deliveries
