Salary - £24,000 - £26,500 (35 Hour Contract + Paid Overtime)

I am working with a lovely restaurant very close to London Bridge, we are looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team and work 5/7 days with some weekends involved. Very occasional evenings will be required for functions but mainly this is a day time role.

The Chef de Partie Salary offered is between £24,000 - £26,500 DOE but you will be paid on a 35 hour contract so you will have a lot of opportunity for paid overtime as well. This is paid at 1.5x for normal shifts and x2 on Sunday! Plus you have 30 days holiday per year as well.

This is a very busy operation and the kitchen is fairly tight so you must be prepared to get your head down and work hard and efficiently but you are very well rewarded for this.

The Chef de Partie will cover different shifts which are 6.30am to 3pm and 9am to 5pm. Every hour worked over 35 will be paid as overtime so you can see a very good salary on offer here.

You will serve up to 100 covers for lunch and also have some evening functions as well with canapes, bowl foods and buffets all offered.

The Chef de Partie will also be able to get involved with suggesting menu dishes as well so if you have a keen interest in bringing idea's to the table this will certainly be encouraged.
