Are you looking for your next move to a market leading Contract Caterer?

We are looking for a creative, energetic, ambitious catering manager who for a London based role with a clear progression path within one of the UK Leading Catering Company.

Who are you?
You will be an entrepreneurial and commercially focused manager with Minimum of 3 years' experience in Contract Catering environment with Staff Dining and Hospitality Service background.
This site hosts many high-end events, so someone with a high level of hospitality and event experience would be ideal.
You will be passionate about standards, crazy about good food and able to manage demanding stakeholder relationships.

What you'll be doing:
As Manager, you will oversee the smooth running of the day to day operations and lead the catering team, overseeing the services in the café & staff dining Restaurant, hospitality and Events.

You must be able to proactively make suggestions to clients regarding innovation in food and food service to develop the business, lead and support our Catering team.

Demonstrating full alignment with the client vision and values by consistently doing the right things and celebrating successes.

Remaining continually aware of the customer journey, pressure points and opportunities to observe, capture and act on client and customer feedback

Reviewing performance and optimising sales and profitability to ensure delivery of departmental financial targets.

You will have and be:
Obsessed with amazing customer service and client's relation.
Ability to initiate marketing ideas
Full of personality and energy with excellent communication skills
Financially astute
Able to lead by example, train and develop your team and have great people management skills
Strong organisation skills and commercial awareness - seeing beyond the obvious and being resourceful by seizing opportunities and solving problems.
Industry acumen and knowledge of external catering development & innovations
Strong financial understanding and demonstrable budgeting management.
An excellent team player, able to communicate at all levels and commit to sharing your knowledge and skills.
