Are you looking for your next move to a market leading Contract Caterer?

We are looking for a creative, energetic, ambitious catering manager who for a London based role with a clear progression path within one of the UK Leading Catering Company.

Who are you?

  • You will be an entrepreneurial and commercially focused manager with Minimum of 3 years' experience in Contract Catering environment with Staff Dining Service background.
  • You will be passionate about standards, crazy about good food and able to manage demanding stakeholder

What you'll be doing:

  • As the Catering Manager, you will oversee the smooth running of the day to day operations and lead the catering team, overseeing the services in the busy café & staff dining Restaurant which run 24 hours / 7 days weeks / 365 days year.
  • You must be able to proactively make suggestions to clients regarding innovation in food and food service to develop the business, lead and support the Catering team.
  • Remaining continually aware of the customer journey, pressure points and opportunities to observe, capture and act on client and customer feedback.
  • Reviewing performance and optimising sales and profitability to ensure delivery of departmental financial targets.
  • Ensure compliance at all time with all Health and Safety, Food Hygiene and other regulations, policies and procedures.

You will have and be:

  • Obsessed with amazing customer service and client's relation.
  • Full of personality and energy with excellent communication skills.
  • Financially astute.
  • Able to lead by example, train and develop your team and have great people management skills.
  • Strong organisation skills and commercial awareness - seeing beyond the obvious and being resourceful by seizing opportunities and solving problems.
  • Industry acumen and knowledge of external catering development & innovations.
  • Strong financial understanding and demonstrable budgeting management.
  • An excellent team player, able to communicate at all levels and commit to sharing your knowledge and skills.
