Branch Manager - Hospitality and Events Staffing -Richmond Office

One of the specialities where we are enjoying huge success is in our Regional support for our lovely clients in and around Surrey, Kent and the Thames Valley; from 5* country house hotels to historic venues and corporate catering, and we are looking to appoint a Branch Manager to grow and nurture this team.

Who is it for?

it could be the ideal move for someone who is currently working in a senior management role within hospitality who fancies utilising their depth of experience to help push us forward in offering our clients the best possible service. Alternatively you could be an experienced recruiter already within an agency environment looking for the next step.

For this role to have the gravitas and kudos it needs, you must have first-hand operational experience of all the logistics and challenges that goes in to running a superb hospitality operation as it is from our 'lived' experience that we can deliver excellence.

The role will involve the account management of existing clients, business development of prospect clients and the recruitment and management of your team of casual team members who will go out and do you proud!

Of course we have our wonderful team of 5 Operations Managers and Recruiters who you will inspire to deliver greatness.

Details

The role is 5/7 days working 40 hours based on flexi shifts in our brand-new Richmond offices. The Office is open from 6am-7pm so you can work hours to suit your lifestyle. The salary is completely dependent on the individual but we are offering a guide salary of £35,000-£45,000 plus bonus

This role is an initial 12 month maternity contract however great people grow with us!
