Off to Work and our client are recruiting for an enthusiastic, professional Assistant Catering Manager to assist a fantastic team in providing an excellent service to guests of a beautiful venue in the Windsor area. The role will be based within in a newly opening café onsite a busy venue, with the café capacity of 130 covers. Our client is looking for an Assistant Catering Manager who is passionate about food and service, with experience of leading a catering team to success.

We are looking for a creative, energetic individual who is looking to progress within their career at this iconic site. As the Assistant Catering Manager, you will support the Catering Manager with all aspects of the day to day operations as well as Healthy and Safety and Operational Standards onsite.
As the Assistant Catering Manager, you will have ample experience in a supervisory / management role, ideally managing a large team with a large amount of annual footfall. You will be able to demonstrate your analytical approach to problem solving and the ability to mentor and support your team.
