Salary : £34,000.00

Our client is the UK Leading Catering Company operating within an International Finance Organisation and we are looking for a Multi sites Catering Manager to manage and oversee all operational duties at their prestigious and high end contracts in Reading and Southampton.

We are looking for an energetic, ambitious and experienced Multi Sites Catering Manager who is entrepreneurial and commercially focused.

  • With proven experience in Contract Catering environment with Staff Dining and Hospitality Service, you will be passionate about standards, crazy about good food and able to manage demanding stakeholder relationships.
  • As Multi Sites Catering Manager, you will oversee the smooth running of the day to day operations of 3 sites with combine revenues of £1 million turnover and lead the catering team, overseeing the services in the cafés & staff dining Restaurants, hospitality and Events.
  • You will proactively make suggestions to clients regarding innovation in food and food service to develop the business, lead and support the catering team, reviewing performances and optimising sales and profitability to ensure delivery of financial targets.
  • You will demonstrate full alignment with the client vision and values by consistently doing the right things and celebrating successes, while remaining continually aware of the customer journey and opportunities to observe, capture and act on client and customer feedback.

Ideal candidate

Must have successful background within contract catering B& I Sector.

  • Obsessed with amazing customer service and client's relation.
  • Industry acumen and knowledge of external catering development & innovations.
  • Strong financial understanding and demonstrable budgeting management.
  • Able to lead by example, train and develop your team and have great people management skills
  • Strong organisation skills and commercial awareness - seeing beyond the obvious and being resourceful by seizing opportunities.
