Meet our New Regional Culinary Operations Manager

John recently joined our Birmingham team to support the Back of House department.


John recently joined our Birmingham team to support the Back of House department.

John recently joined Off to Work to head up the back of house department in our Birmingham office and is committed to provide the best chefs available to a huge variety of clients and venues. 

He will also support our offices in Cardiff and Edinburgh with their culinary teams. 

John brings a wealth of experience from the catering industry, having worked as a chef in his own right across every sector and is extremely passionate about sourcing the right chef for the right role and that every chef he provides to a client has the same passion, drive and commitment as him. 

Away from work, he loves to play golf, go to the movies and theatre and watches as much sport as time allows. He is an Ipswich Town season ticket holder and regularly makes the pilgrimage to East Anglia from the Midlands.
