We are excited to introduce a series of new app features, that will allow you to more easily manage bookings and shifts on the go, and allow for easier automatic shift confirmations through Client Heroes! The new features will give our clients greater operational efficiency and team consistency, while making it easier for our team members to manage their availability and book shifts instantly with Hero clients.
New Features for Clients:
- Place new bookings
- Request to amend or cancel bookings (for events scheduled 48+ hours in the future)
- Automatic shift notifications sent to your ‘Heroes’ - Work with your top picks more easily! When you post new shifts, notifications are sent automatically to team members you designated as your Client Heroes and who are available for your booking. If you loved working with someone on our team, mark them as a favourite in the Timesheet using the smiley icon, then a Hero using the heart icon
- Timesheet comments so you can easily leave feedback on an event
- Client news alerts
New Features for Team Members:
- Manage your availability and mark off which days you are unavailable to work
- Receive instant notifications and book shifts with clients you have proven to be Off to Work Heroes for
