Course Content
Off to Work (OTW) will endeavour to cover all the topics outlined in the relevant section of its current course information brochure, but OTW accept no liability for failure to cover all or any part thereof and reserve the right to vary the course contents at any time without prior reference or notification to the applicant. Neither the statement of objectives nor any other matter contained in the course information brochure shall constitute any representation condition or warrant that the applicant or his/her representatives will achieve the objectives stated or otherwise achieve any particular level of knowledge or competence.
Special Requirements
OTW will make every effort to accommodate special requirements that have been notified in advance or on the booking form.
Cancelling Your Place
If you notify OTW in writing or via e-mail up to 14 working days before the start date of the course, you will receive a full refund less an administration fee of 20% (plus VAT). If you withdraw for whatever reason within the 14 days prior to the course start date , the full fee will remain payable if you are unable to nominate a substitute attendee.
Non-attendance
If you fail to attend the course on which you are booked and have not given prior notice to OTW then the course fee will remain payable in full.
Cancellation by OTW
Where circumstances dictate, OTW reserve the right to alter published programmes, trainers, fees or venues without prior notice. In the event of a course being cancelled less than 14 days before it is due to start, a refund of the course fee will be made but no compensation will be paid for any additional costs incurred.
Behaviour
OTW expect delegates to behave in a polite and appropriate manner and adhere to OTW rules and regulations when attending courses. OTW reserve the right to exclude delegates or abandon the course in the event of disruptive, abusive or threatening behaviour by an individual or group of delegates. In such an event, no refund will be payable to the excluded delegate or their organisation.
Punctuality
Attendees who arrive more than 30 minutes late for any course date may not be allowed to attend and no refund will be given.
