On successful completion of any of our Hospitality Courses all graduates will be guaranteed job interviews with prestigious hospitality companies; they are guided and supported through the interviews and will also have the opportunity to work with the best events companies in London whilst waiting for that perfect job.

3 Day Course Structure
All of the three-day courses include lectures enhanced by video and written materials. Delegates are encouraged to actively participate in discussion sessions and group activities.

Examination:
Candidates are assessed continuously throughout the course by the instructors. They are marked on their skill and knowledge level, attitude and appearance during the course, also there will be a series of practical and written examinations.

3-day Basic to Intermediate Bar/Cocktail Course

1 day BIIAB National Certificate Personal Licence Holder - 6 hours

Anyone authorising the retail sale of alcohol in licensed premises.

1/2 day Level 1 Certificate in Food Safety - 4 hours

Who should attend?
New employees with minimal or no prior food safety knowledge, employees handling low-risk or wrapped food or those who work front of house, such as waiting or check out staff, as well as back of house such as kitchen porters or warehouse staff.

1 day Level 2 Certificate in Food Safety - 6 hours

  • The art of ‘foaming’ and ‘steaming’ milk
