My career in hospitality began in 2004 , when I worked in hotels as a part time bartender and, over time, I worked my way up, through Front Office and Operations, to a hotel GM role.

I joined OtW in 2021, as an Ops Manager, where I helped to rebuild the business post pandemic and learned a lot about the industry and the company. Interestingly enough, I was being interviewed for a role with one of OTW’s clients, but ended up with a much better option! 

Because of my previous experience, I was used to using agencies. With this in mind, I am always on the lookout for the best experience for the clients. I base my relationships on trust and full transparency, which certainly helps to create some exciting work opportunities for our casual team! 

Being with Off to Work means that I am part of an amazing team, finding innovative solutions for our clients and being able to deal with the people and the excitement of the unexpected challenges of every day! Never a dull moment.  

I love the outdoors and mountain biking! As part of an OTW challenge, I completed of a Trailwalker, which is a 100 mile/30 h walk, across South Downs. It certainly puts your daily challenges into perspective…
