We provide specialist bar staff all of who have vast experience working at events and cocktail bars at the highest end of the hospitality industry. Our team are all trained in house, however much experience they previously have had, ensuring they have basic to complete cocktail knowledge and also the right attitude and customer service levels to dazzle your clients.
Our Off to Work academy is equipped with a £5000.00 barista machine allowing us to vet and train all our baristas prior to them being taken on by our clients in a casual, contract or permanent position. All our baristas have the same high service standards of the rest of our team and are taken through our in-house team training.

Our experience at the highest end of hospitality service gives us the capability to supply discreet, perfectly articulate and immaculately presented butlers to fulfil a wide range of duties. Our carefully selected staff are trained in modern buttling techniques and will look after your important guests in a polite, affable and above all, exquisitely professional manner.
We are able to provide catering managers of the highest standard to work within contract catering, restaurants & bars, venues or events. We understand the very different strengths and experience these positions require and we only provide people who have a passion and true understanding for the area they are working in. As with all our roles we can provide catering managers on a casual, contract or permanent basis.
We understand that the first and last impression a guest gets of an event is often generated by their experience at the cloakroom. We provide experienced and attractive cloakroom staff who will ensure a smooth operation and faultless customer service.
Alongside our bar staff we have cocktail specialists who are proficient at making hundreds of cocktails. Our team is also backed up by our in-house Bar Manager, Sean Wolstenholme, who is happy to consult on cocktail lists for events putting together seasonal and event specific cocktail menus to create a real occasion. Within our team we have also flair specialists available and all our team have been through our customer service and bar basics training.

When you need a helping hand - or many hands - our event porters are there for you. Able to work whatever hours you require, our experienced event porter team is available to help set up and break down for events and can assist with lifting, loading and other manual tasks.

We have worked at over 13,000 events and 360 venues and our service levels are second to none. We do a full days training to all our own team, however experienced they are, ensuring true proficiency in their skills and a flexible attitude to their outlook. We now have 8 years experience providing to the industry and have successfully placed staff on a permanent, contract and casual basis in event catering, contract catering, hotels, leisure catering, and restaurants.
Complementing our waiting and bar staff we have a superb wine waiting team available to cater for any event. Our entire staffing team is fully trained in wine waiting service, including correct care of beverages, corking and table service, as well as care of glassware. We are also able to provide experienced Sommeliers for your event.
Through the experience of our management team we also understand the diverse and complicated management requirements of event venues.
