Off to Work - Sales and Business Development

Since joining Off to Work in 2006 I have been lucky enough to work on a variety of amazing projects across the UK. I started in the operations division which taught me so much about the industry and enabled me to develop relationships within the events and hospitality sector. Working closely with the events team at The Dorchester Hotel was a fantastic experience and taught me so much about organising events and delivering high quality customer service.
My career began in the entertainment industry and following my graduation from a London drama school I spent four years in Paris working on a daily sitcom for TF1. During my time in Paris I worked with the British Embassy to promote and develop English theatre in France and am thrilled I am able to bring this experience to my role as Brand Manager at Off to Work.
It is a pleasure working as part of the Off to Work team with such dedicated and passionate individuals. Everyday is different, with exciting new challenges and opportunities. I am so proud of how Off to Work continues to grow and develop yet stays true to its core values of delivering the best staff, training and consultancy to the events and hospitality industry.
Mariela Popova • Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator

I originally joined Off to Work on my placement year as an Operations Assistant in 2009. Having graduated with a degree in Marketing, Advertisement & Communications from the University of Gloucestershire, I was eager to return and begin my career in marketing, putting theory into practise as the Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator.
I am passionate about this talented and determined, yet humble company and am excited to put my all into its future success. OTW is admirable for it's vision and innovative approach. “Your success is our success”…how perfectly said.
Natasha Menon • Business Development Manager

Like most Australians, my intention of living in London for three months seemed to be a short lived ambition, having become quickly trapped within a bubble of the bright lights and excitement of the ever evolving London event and restaurant scene. Addicted to travelling to the most exotic and random locations I can find, bikram yoga and generally anything and every related to food; over the past six years I have been fortunate to experience the very best of London has to offer - not only playing ‘the tourist card’ but luckily also through my career.
With a Marketing and Advertising degree from QUT in Australia (which I graduated in Distinction, might I cheekily add!) under my belt and a lot of hard work; I have been fortunate to have been involved in the areas of marketing, branding, sales and recruitment for some of the UK’s most prestigious events, restaurants and shows. Working within the creative hub at Off to Work with bunch of great people is definitely is an exciting venture….but the show’s not over yet, since I’ve got a feeling this all just getting started!
