This event and conference venue based in the heart of Westminster are looking for a Marketing Executive.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and updating the website, blogs and press releases.
- Executing a Social networking strategy using Twitter, facebook, LinkedIn etc.
- Compiling a quarterly newsletter.
- Create and distributing monthly eshots.
- Liaising with the PR company for all press releases.
- Organising and attending exhibition stands for various trade shows.
You will be of graduate level with experience in the B2B marketing environment, preferably with an awareness of the Conference & Event industry. You will need to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, produce business analysis reports and write effective press releases.

Assistant Operations Manager • London £24,000
This 5* luxury hotel, located in the heart of Central London, has an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Operations Manager to join their busy and successful Events Team. The role will report into and support the Operations Manager with the successful and smooth running of the events.
Responsibilities will include:
*Overseeing a team of 4 permanent Head Waiters in the absence of the Manager
*Taking responsibility for larger Events and ensuring they run smoothly within the Waiting team.
*Training new recruits and any casual staff with specific duties.
*Be proactive by consistently suggesting improvements and implementing changes.
To be successful in this role, it would be highly beneficial that you are familiar with large hotels, have experience of managing teams and are able to take responsibility within your area.
