We ensure staff and customers are both treated professionally. We will only send staff we believe in and we will only send them to companies we believe in. We will not send staff to companies without ensuring they have all requisite information for the job.

All our users update their availability themselves making this one of the most up-to-date and user-friendly sites available. They are able to update their records in a matter of a few seconds on line to ensure that their availability is as accurate as possible. All changes trigger an email to us allowing us to know instantly.

As an employer you pay Off to Work for our staff. Following discussions with yourselves the best possible rate will be agreed. This rate will be reviewed on a six monthly basis once levels of business have been established. Once the staff have worked for you on an event we expect payment within fourteen days of the event.

All staff on our website have been interviewed for their suitability and references have been checked. No member of staff will be put forward who has not been seen and checked. We ensure that all staff are professional in outlook and attitude. ALL Off to Work staff are trained by our in-house specialists prior to them being sent out to jobs.

To use this site to it's full capacity you will need to first register. To register please click on Client Register on the left hand side. On this page there are clear instructions on what information is required. Compulsory fields are marked with a *.On registration, we will contact you and arrange for one of our team to come and see you. Once the registration is completed you will have at your fingertips our full powerful resources. Your registered details will be held on record. These details are not made public knowledge or passed on to any third parties. They will be used to help us find the right staff for you, make sure our staff have the right information, and to keep you updated if we do have a large number of suitable staff for you. To change these details click on Client Members on the left hand side.

Once registered you can change any details concerning your company or contact details by clicking on Client Members on the left hand side and entering your username and password. The area works in the same way as registration with all fields being marked with an *. The area will bring up your present details as we have them. On changing of details an e-mail will be sent informing us of the changes immediately.

Once you have confirmed bookings with us your bookings will all appear on the website for you to check. A day prior to your event you will also be able to see and download a timesheet for your event. This will include photos of all of our staff who will be working with you. This will be in a printable format for you to take to the event.
