We care passionately about hospitality and the people within it.

This business is vibrant, it is social, it is fun, it is emotive, it is diverse, it evolves at a fast pace while having wonderful, exotic and sometimes highly amusing traditions. It is deeply ingrained in every day life while being central to major historic, religious, cultural and political events.  It provides us all with a backdrop and often a foreground for the major events in our lives, causing many a bride, and an occasional groom, sleepless nights.

It delivers precious romantic moments, moments of amazing group empathy and moments of incredible change to look back on with pride and unbound delight.  It genuinely changes people’s lives.

Life should be a series of celebrations (and we don’t mean the box of chocolates..) with us all having the opportunity to take a moment out from our busy and often stressful lives and remember who we actually are and why we work so hard at what we do.  Be it passing exams, getting married, our football team winning the league, our company having a great year, the birth of our child, our record reaching number one in the charts, the signing of a treaty or the launch of a new widget, the people involved should feel like kings for one small moment.

Similarly while people say the parks of our great cities are its lungs, the bars, restaurants and coffee shops are its knee to sit on, and shoulder to lean on. A coffee to give that little lift and rare moment of peace, a beer with friends to massage away the stress at the end of the day, and a nice meal to make it all feel just little bit more worthwhile.  All are served best with a genuine smile.

We want to help provide some of the best experiences and memories people have ever had.

With this as our guiding principle we have developed our business over the last 10 years and in that time we have had the pleasure of working at some of the most spectacular and life reaffirming events.  

These include the Queen’s Garden Parties at Buckingham Palace, the G20 summit in London, Live Eight, Live Earth, hundreds of christenings & weddings, thousands of Christmas & celebratory parties, the Lord Mayor’s Banquet, FA Cup finals, Six Nations Matches, Test Matches, the Brit Awards, Political Party Conferences, FHM 100 sexiest women awards, hundreds of concerts and countless charity balls. From a dinner for two up to hospitality for 90,000: Over 15,800 events as I write this.

This experience shows our passion, our service focus and the strength of our team. We still however remain humble to our roots with everything we do aimed at providing our clients with the support and service they need to make every individual and every group feel cherished while they are in their hands. 

All our training, our continuous service developments and our focus is on delivering consistent magic moments. We will always treat clients with the same respect and care however small or large their requirements. A coffee served with care and a smile can bring as much enjoyment as a bottle of vintage champagne.
